Biographie courte

As a PhD student in Intelligent Decision Making, my research focuses on combinatorial optimization and artificial intelligence for complex healthcare systems. I work on designing advanced mathematical models for Home Health Care scheduling and routing, integrating multi objective optimization, and hybrid metaheuristic approaches with machine learning techniques.

I am particularly interested in developing intelligent decision support systems that combine optimization and data driven learning to improve efficiency, robustness, and quality of service in real world environments. With a strong foundation in data science, business intelligence, and algorithmic modeling, I aim to build innovative, scalable solutions that create measurable operational and societal impact.

Leveraging Machine Learning and Optimization in Home Health Care: Emerging Trends and Future Opportunities

    Paper Conference, 2025

    Résumé

Home Health Care (HHC) delivers medical and personal
care in patients’ homes, offering an alternative to hospital
treatment. Growing demand due to aging populations and
chronic diseases creates challenges in caregiver assignment,
scheduling, and demand forecasting, leading to higher costs,
caregiver burnout, and reduced patient satisfaction.
To address these challenges, advanced computational
approaches are increasingly explored. In particular, the
integration of Machine Learning (ML) and Optimization
(OPT) enables adaptive, data-driven solutions. This article
explores traditional, metaheuristic, and hybrid methods
to improve efficiency, analyzing current methodologies,
challenges, limitations, and future research directions.
