My doctoral research proposal presents a structured approach to advancing multimodal sentiment analysis by combining multimodal fusion techniques with multi-agent systems and agentic AI principles. It targets key limitations in modality coordination, adaptive fusion, and autonomous reasoning, and proposes a set of incremental contributions to be developed over three years. The proposed research aims to deliver both theoretical insights and practical frameworks for robust, interpretable, and scalable sentiment analysis.
