I’m is a university teacher at the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Zaghouan (ISET Zaghouan), Tunisia. I hold expertise in computer networks, cloud computing, iot, artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity.

My research activities focus particularly on healthcare systems optimization with an emphasis on patient flow management in emergency department through the use of AI-driven approaches and agent based modeling.
